HOW IT WORKS
You volunteer, we volunteer
At 3G, we don’t want to put a price on learning, but believe that students should take ownership for their own education. As such we offer two (2) options for payment.

Payment Method #1:
Volunteer Hours​
To promote community growth, we will accept volunteer service within the community on a
“hour for hour” basis. Students who wish to explore this option may volunteer their time
at affiliated organizations within fourteen (14) days of the sessions.
Volunteer service will be tracked via the Volunteer Hour Acknowledgement Form button below
and require sign-off/acknowledgement from the organization.

Payment Method #2:
$35/session​
Sessions will be a minimum of one (1) hour with extensions provided at no charge provided
scheduling permits. We reserve the right to end the session after one (1) hour.

Online Tutoring Services
Our tutoring services are designed to provide convenient, effective, and personalized support for students, all from the comfort of their own homes. We specialize in online-only tutoring sessions, conducted exclusively over Zoom, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for learners everywhere.
Here’s what to expect:

Virtual-Only Tutoring: All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This eliminates the need for travel, offering a seamless and efficient learning experience.

Instant Zoom Access: Upon confirming your booking, a Zoom link will be automatically generated and sent to you, ensuring easy access to your session.

Tailored Support: Our expert tutors provide one-on-one assistance tailored to each student’s unique needs, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Whether you're looking for help with homework, test preparation, or mastering a new subject, our online tutoring services are here to guide you every step of the way!
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our students. To ensure fairness and maintain our schedule, we have implemented the following policies:
Cancellations:

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

This policy allows us to accommodate other students who may need an appointment and helps us manage our time and resources effectively.
No-Shows:

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a $25 no-show fee.

After repeated no-shows, we may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.

3G began as a way to tailor tutoring and education services to community growth. Our team believes that education is a right and that all individuals should have access to learn.
